My belief in continuous development began at university, grew in the classroom and continues through my work with AI.
I’m Stephen Fahey: an independent AI researcher, thought-leadership creator and former Business Studies teacher based in Eastbourne.
“Keep learning” is the thread that connects my university experience, my years as a Business Studies teacher and the work I do today. I believe that learning continues through asking questions, trying things and reflecting on experience.
My work also grew from a simple conviction: access to powerful AI does not automatically create better judgement. Organisations still need people who can ask stronger questions, interpret context, protect trust and connect technology to the way people actually work.
I test those ideas in public. On LinkedIn, I curate live AI opportunities and publish practical thinking around human–AI collaboration, workforce enablement and strategic decision-making. From 12 August to 8 September 2026, my LinkedIn content generated 739,668 impressions and reached 330,605 members. I had 16,664 LinkedIn followers at the end of the period, with 2,681 new followers during those 28 days—approximately 19% growth. My Empathy Leadership Magazine community has grown to 5,379 subscribers.
I am also building two practical experiments: Steve’s AI Workshop, a research and learning environment, and Linkverse, an emerging human-centred professional community. Both reflect my approach—learn by building, examine the evidence, and keep the human purpose visible.
My style is direct, curious and grounded. I do not arrive with a vast transformation programme. I help you find the valuable question, clarify the thinking and decide what deserves to happen next.
